Tuition may be paid in full by August 10th to receive a 2% discount on the annual rate. The balance on tuition may also be paid in full at any point but the 2% discount only applies if paid by August 10th. Advanced payments may be made during the summer or at any other time. 2. When participating in a monthly plan, tuition is due the 10th of each month. There are ten monthly payments beginning with August 10th and ending with May 10th. If the 10th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the tuition is due on the Monday after. 3. A $20.00 late fee may be charged for payments ten or more days delinquent. 4. Method of Payment: Checks are acceptable but there is a $20.00 charge for returned checks. After one returned check the Academy may require payment in cash, cashier’s check or money order. If payments are delinquent the Academy may require payments by credit card or direct transfer only. 5. Timely payments are extremely important for operating needs. Thus, the Academy reserves the right to refuse continued enrollment to any family that falls two or more months behind in tuition payments. Should a family need a special arrangement, the Academy must be contacted to request such. 6. Report cards, as well as permanent records including health records will be withheld at the end of the school year if required payments are not made in full. In addition, quarterly report cards may be withheld for delinquency with payments. 7. Financial assistance from the Academy is provided for those in true need. Families who request such will be required to present documentation to verify this need. This applies regardless of the “bottom line” in budgeting and therefore is considered a faith-based philosophy reflecting an ultimate dependence on God. Every family is expected to contribute to the education of
its children to the best of its ability.
Those who have been blessed with the monetary means to do so are
encouraged to make contributions to the Academy above tuition payments, which
will also allow them to exercise their tax-deduction privilege for charitable
giving. Only with this help, the
contributions from generous benefactors without children in the Academy and
the sacrifices of teachers and staff will |
